These are from the official working NES cartridge released as a Kickstarter stretch goal for Mega Ran's album RNDM (which you can and should pick up here - megaranmusic.com/album/rndm)
This one called for a lot of channel economy. I used arpeggios to approximate those jazz piano chords, and I only had one channel to do it in because of what was going on in the rest of the song. That little lead part actually shares a channel with the bassline; if you listen closely you can hear a few notes drop out when the bass plays.
